01/About

We built Mittis because we were the customer getting treated badly.

Not a thesis from a deck. A platform born from the specific, repeated experience of being a paying customer of messaging tools that were slow, opaque, and quietly extractive.

We ran a service business and needed to text our customers — to confirm appointments, send a tech is on the way, follow up after a job. Simple. The tools that were supposed to make it simple did the opposite.

Porting our numbers took weeks, with tickets that went quiet for days. The invoice was a monthly surprise: per-segment math we couldn't predict, markups stacked on carrier fees, and a new upsell every time we wanted a basic feature. Worst of all, the brand and campaigns we'd registered weren't really ours — they lived inside someone else's account, and leaving meant starting over.

None of that is a law of physics. It's a set of choices the incumbents made because they could. So we made the opposite choices and built the company we wished we could have hired.

What that means in practice

We register directly with The Campaign Registry as a CSP, so your brand and campaigns are yours to keep. We price one way — a flat rate, so the invoice never ambushes you. We abstract every carrier underneath, so no single vendor can hold your numbers or your pricing hostage. And we treat porting as a promise, not a support queue.

We're a developer-grade tool with a craftsperson's temperament: built to last, fast where it counts, and honest about the parts of A2P that are genuinely slow because carriers make them slow. We won't pretend registration is instant. We will make every part we control as fast and clear as it can be.

02/Our mission

Serve this market the way it deserves.

Service businesses are the backbone of how people actually get help in the real world. They deserve messaging infrastructure that's honest, predictable, and on their side. That's the entire job. We intend to do it well.

Come be treated like the customer you are.

If you've been burned by a messaging vendor, you'll recognize what we built — and why.
